RMA REQUEST
Please complete the following form for a return material authorization number. This will assist us in tracking received products. Alternatively, an email request can be sent to service@dyacon.com.
You will be sent an RMA number and a repair form. Please fill out one form per unit and include it in the package with the product. Place the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container next to the shipping label or make it a part of the shipping label.
For equipment that is not under warranty, extended warranty, or a maintenance agreement, a purchase order and a method for payment is required before repairs can begin.
Standard Repairs
Standard warranty and non-warranty repairs are typically completed within 5-10 business days from date of arrival at Dyacon. If there are unusual problems and this lead-time cannot be met, the customer will be notified and given other options.
