Shipping Method and Costs

The customer has the responsibility to ship the equipment to Dyacon, Inc. with all shipping costs prepaid. After repairing or replacing the equipment, Dyacon, Inc. ships the equipment back to the customer by United Parcel Service (UPS) using the same delivery speed as used by the customer to ship the equipment to our facility, unless the customer specifies a different return method. In the United States, return shipment costs are paid by the customer for non-warranty repairs and upgrades.

Dyacon will consider an alternative carrier for return shipping if a customer provides a shipping account number; otherwise UPS will be used.

International Shipments

For information about Special Clearance Requirements for shipping US-made products back to the USA for repair, please visit the UPS Country Regulations website. Make sure you have submitted the proper documentation for customs clearance as well as all shipping expenses and duties incurred (if any) in shipping the RMA to the USA.
